The Ruby Valley Medical Center is accepting bids for purchase of the contents and building of the Wagon Wheel Restaurant located at 207 N.
Main Street, Twin Bridges.

The building is log construction, 4080 sf.
Items include walk-in refrigerator and deep-freeze, pizza oven, large barbecue smoker, griddle, deep fryers, microwaves, ovens, sinks, cooler prep areas, to-go containers, utility racks, refrigerators, freezers, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, tables, chairs, dishes, miscellaneous fixtures and much more.
There will be a public showing of the contents and building on Monday, November 27th from 9am-3pm.
Bids must be submitted by 1pm, Wednesday, November 29th.
Winning bids will be notified by email on Friday, December 1st.
Bids can be submitted via email (see website for email address) or physically at 321 Madison Street, Sheridan, MT 59749.
All contents listed in the winning be must be removed and paid for by cash or cashier's check by Friday, December 29th.
The building must be removed and paid for by cash or cashier's check by Wednesday, February 28, 2024.
The Board of Trustees of the Ruby Valley Medical Center reserves the right to refuse any bid.
RVMC does not, in any way, obligate itself to accept the highest bid.
