Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Assist guests with check-out process and ensure accuracy of billing
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist non-English speaking guests
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management
- Ability to work night shifts and handle night audit responsibilities
- Proficient in using computer systems for check-in, check-out, and other front desk tasks
