1st Security Bank of Deer Lodge is seeking an exceptional applicant who is looking for a professional career opportunity as a full-time Customer Service Teller who enjoys people, is innovative, friendly, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) processing customer transactions accurately, Cashier’s Checks, online banking, cash counting/handling, new account opening, filing, answering the phone, following established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with banking regulations and security measures, and other customer service processes that contribute to favorable customer relations and efficient operations.

o High School diploma or equivalent

o Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully verbally and in writing

o Ability to work in a professional manner and consistently demonstrate courtesy, customer service, and tact in a fast-paced/deadlines-oriented environment.
o Previous experience in customer service preferred.
