Bearded Dragon with setup (Butte)

Rehoming my 3 Year old female Bearded dragon.
She’s super friendly and a great eater, my housing situation is changing and i unfortunately can’t keep her any longer.
She will come with a 75 gallon tank and tank stand, all her lights, decor and accessories.
Asking rehoming fee of $175 but willing to negotiate to the right home.
