Room and board in exchange for child care and housekeeping (Anaconda)

I'm a single parent with 50% joint custody and am looking for a part time housekeeper and caregiver for my disabled daughter.
Duties would include care and transportation of my daughter, housekeeping, cooking meals, ect.
Compensation would include room, board, and utilities.
The room available measures 13'8" x 21'4" and is in a nice new home in a good neighborhood in Anaconda.
References and background check are required.
Drivers license and transportation would be required.
