Job Description Requirements of the position are: BS in Chemical Engineering (MS or PhD of added value) Minimum 5 years’ experience.

Citizenship International travel will be required Exceptional Benefits Package includes: Personal leave Medical insurance Life insurance Flexible benefit plan Pension/profit sharing plan 401(k) Relocation reimbursement - Design and develop chemical processes and equipment for manufacturing operations - Conduct research to develop new chemical products and processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes - Implement and maintain process control systems, including logic controllers - Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other relevant industry standards - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to chemical processes - Perform risk assessments and implement safety measures in the workplace - Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement - Provide technical support and guidance to production teams Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field - Proven experience in chemical process design and development - Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles - Familiarity with FDA regulations and quality control standards - Experience with quantum engineering concepts is a plus - Proficient in using computer software for process simulation and data analysis - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
