Lead Bank Teller – First Montana Bank, Butte We are hiring a Lead Bank Teller in Butte! First Montana Bank is seeking an ambitious and energetic applicant who is looking for a professional career opportunity as a full-time Lead Bank Teller in Butte, MT.
This position is responsible for modeling excellent customer service as well as accurate and courteous processing of customer transactions, setting an example of favorable customer relations and efficient teller operations.
Position will mentor and lead Bank Tellers by example, adhering to all policies and procedures, and demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
In addition to standard Bank Teller responsibilities, the Lead Bank Teller will perform additional duties to ensure the smooth and accurate running of the teller line and related functions.
Training and career growth are a huge part of this position and will allow you to discover new and exciting opportunities in the world of banking.
No Saturdays! A High School diploma or GED is required.
A minimum of 18-24 months of banking or related experience is required, although 1-2 years of banking experience is preferred.
Cash handling and customer service experience are a must.
