There is plenty of storage space in both the unfinished basement as well as the garage, and there is room in the back yard to hangout, grill, etc.
I'm not in a rush to rent the space and can afford to be picky with who I allow in to the space.

I am a pretty quiet individual and like to maintain a clean living space, although I'm by no stretch OCD about it.
I work from home most of the time but have to spend a little time out of town regularly for my job.
Expectations are that you work consistently or have STABLE means of paying rent and your share of the utilities that don't involve selling drugs.
I'm by no means a hardass, but this is not a party space, or a spot for all of your friends to come hang out every day of the week, crash, etc.
I don't care if you want to have people over/have a get together, have an SO that hangs out a bit, family that comes by, etc etc, but I also don't want this to become a landing spot for people.
Rent is $500 a month, internet is about $70 total ($35 for 1/2), water averages about $35 a month, and power varies, but averages about $190 a month in the winter, so I would expect it to be roughly ~$100/month during the summer total.
During the summer someone mows the lawn for $25, and I generally don't go longer than 2 weeks, so expect your grand total for rent and utilities to be about $650, give or take.
There will also be a $500 deposit taken at time of move in that is fully refundable barring any damage to the house that an individual might cause.
No pets allowed, no exceptions.
